1. About this Cookie Notice
This Cookie Notice explains how 93 Management and Advisory Ltd ("Mondriot", "we", "our" or "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on mondriot.com (the "Platform").
It supplements our Privacy Notice, which explains how we process personal data more generally.
2. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, to remember your preferences, and to provide reporting information to website owners.
We also use local storage, which is a similar technology that stores a small amount of data in your browser. In this Notice, references to "cookies" include local storage where the context requires.
3. How we use cookies
We currently use strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies only. These are required for authentication, session persistence, security, and recording that you have seen this Cookie Notice.
These cookies are essential for the Platform to function. They include cookies that:
- authenticate signed-in users;
- maintain session state during use;
- protect against fraud and security threats;
- support secure sign-in and sign-out; and
- record that you have acknowledged this Cookie Notice.
These cookies are set on the legal basis of legitimate interests under UK GDPR (Article 6(1)(f)) and the "strictly necessary" exemption from consent under regulation 6(4) of the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 ("PECR"). You cannot opt out of these cookies; without them, the Platform will not work.
We do not currently use optional analytics cookies, marketing cookies, advertising cookies, or error-monitoring cookies on the Platform. If that changes, we will update this Notice and, where required, ask for your consent before setting optional cookies.
4. Your choices
On first visit to the Platform, you will see a cookie notice banner that explains our use of strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies. Because we do not currently use optional cookies, the banner asks you to acknowledge the notice rather than accept or reject optional categories.
You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse all cookies, accept only certain cookies, or be alerted when a cookie is sent. Note that disabling all cookies may impair the operation of the Platform.
The Information Commissioner's Office provides guidance on managing cookies at ico.org.uk.
We currently do not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals because no consistent industry standard exists.
5. Cookie inventory
The cookies and similar technologies we use on the Platform as at the date of this Notice are listed below. We review and update this inventory regularly.

The Platform does not currently set a separate Mondriot CSRF cookie. If we add one in future, we will update this inventory.
6. Third-party cookies
Supabase provides our authentication infrastructure and sets the authentication cookies listed above. Payments are handled through Stripe Checkout; Stripe may set cookies on Stripe-hosted pages when you leave Mondriot to complete a payment, but those are not Mondriot first-party cookies. Vercel hosts the Platform and may process technical request data as our hosting provider, but we do not currently use Vercel Analytics or Speed Insights cookies in the app.

7. Changes to this Notice
We may update this Cookie Notice from time to time. If we make material changes (for example, introducing a new category of cookies), we will notify you through the cookie banner or by prominent notice on the Platform. The current version is identified by the date at the top of this page.
